I ignored the few negative reviews for this cookbook, and he bought it anyway. . . mainly because there are so many enthusiastic comments. And the authors seemed exceptionally reached. But this is not the cookbook for me.

Unfortunately, it is difficult to describe exactly what the wrong book, or exactly why I love him. No one is a killer, but overall, I was disappointed with the book. Here are some of my thoughts:

1 No pictures at all. None. Zip. And I just love not cookbooks, no pictures.
2 The organization is trying to be. “The recipe for onion dip is in the Snack Attack” section. Sesame sauce is the “lunch” and teriyaki dressing in “Dinner.” It would have been easier for me if it as a sauce “or the part of the list has included a recipe for an adult shell.
3 You can find better versions of most of these recipes in books Cook adults. I have a recipe for Caesar salad, for example. And this book does not make news on the salad at all, except the 4 title with an intelligent boy name: Hail Caesar, Jr.
names clever boys are boring to me , the more they end up not very descriptive. “Squish Squash, for example, is just a simple pumpkin puree. It’s a beautiful name, if you know what the court, but you should read the ingredients to know what the dish will be like. With more revenues complicated than a small problem, because I just mentioned… No photos.
5 They spend a lot of time drinking and dessert recipes.
Sixth They spend very little time for side dishes or vegetables, and most sites offer vegetables, they are either difficult or potato is very simple, like grilled asparagus, which is… (Wait for it) … Asparagus grilled with olive oil with salt and pepper. I do not need a recipe for such things. I come in and salt and pepper on mine.
Seventh They do not offer much in the way of serving suggestion. They give you the recipe for pineapple pork, but they will give you no idea what it was, which makes up the shortfall vegetables painful.

revenues themselves seem OK. I love grilled asparagus, squash and mashed potatoes… and Caesar salad. It is therefore in the order. But overall I found this book to anyone other than myself sent. If you’re already in the food at all, it’s probably not the book for you. I have nothing found very original or insightful in this book, I found many things quite confusing (why is canned pumpkin is a need for a well-stocked pantry? I only use the pumpkin a few times a year, and I usually just use real pumpkin – or should I buy a box of special formula. I do not know).

My children and I love this cookbook. The recipes are delicious and easy to do. Not only do children need food, pasta and PB & J’s. Replace if it becomes a delicious healthy foods from the beginning, they have a sophisticated palette for life. My mother has always cooked us what she likes and we loved too. The recipes in this book are good for everyone in the family. In this way, can all eat together – as they should!

  • to be “Real Food” is a rare example of a book on child rearing, that warm and personal, without hint or managed dishonest. You will not find the hidden spinach in brownies here – just tasty recipes that encourage your children to enjoy authentic and healthy food. I recommend it.

  • This book has beautiful sound and a smart approach. As a parent of a foodie 18-months is just beginning to express a particular behavior, it is for me to be able to teach him all the food (not in a ‘deceptively delicious “love way, particularly in major rivers hard tasty). This is important, must-have “cookbook with timing Crackerjack!
