Well, that one month passed since I have this for Christmas and I love this cookbook. It is my favorite of the four books of recipes low carb I have. The pound cake is better than the real thing. The pancakes were good, but all the recipes I have published a little bland (perhaps lacking salt), not a fine piece of butter is not fixed. The jaws have the power Bisket fairly well, although I spotted the hollandaise sauce for eggs Benidict. I can not wait to try more recipes from this book.

I was low-carb because I have problems with insulin resistance. It is my position size down.
